WE ARE GROWING OUR TRIBE

Adventure-seeking, detail-oriented guides to support Leaders and participants and ensure Journeys run smoothly. Duties include everything from check-in and bus management to keeping morale high and keeping an eye on participants having a challenging experience.


WHAT WE LOOK FOR

 experience as camp counselor, teacher, or guide preferred

 experience on a Journey preferred

outdoor experience

conversational in Spanish (or other language)

good judgment and listening skills

CPR and Safety certification (online accepted)
