HOW IT WORKS
 After proven track record in our Ambassador Program, apply to Journey's Leadership Program, including specific ideas around impact projects, trip location, audiences of potential travelers, & preferred dates
 Join an upcoming Journey as a 'leader-in-training.' You will receive formal direction on the technicalities of leading a trip, how to manage in-country transport and accommodation, and how to design the experience to cultivate self-growth, comfort and community.
 Journey staff will take care of hostel booking, transportation, meals, tracking ticket sales & supplying marketing materials for your trip.
 You will receive a 15% revenue share on each ticket sold, that will be paid out to you 30 days after your Journey.
 Promote your trip, fill it up, and co-lead your first Journey.
